Registration Process for New Families

STEP 1

  • Create an account using an existing email.

  • Enter the information requested by the online forms.

    • Note: Required fields are marked with a red (*) asterisk. Please be accurate with spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. The Howard-Suamico School District will receive the data exactly as it is entered.

  • On the "Review" page, check your data before submitting.

  • Click "Submit"

  • Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from InfoSnap.  Print a copy for your records.

 

STEP 2 -

  • Provide verification forms to school/district including the following: proof of residence, birth certificate, and immunization record.

  • Once your registration is verified and approved by the District, the parent/guardian will receive a confirmation email. 

  • Schools will communicate with families once the approval process is finalized.

 

STEP 3 -

  • After submitting the form, additional forms may need to be completed and submitted to the school prior to the child's start date.

    •  Examples: Medical forms, Free/reduced eligibility forms, restrictive custody agreements, court orders, or any other pertinent information regarding your child.

 

STEP 4 -

  • Pay Student School Fees  (Student ID # needed) using the following site: StudentQuickPay. 
    Note-Student fees can be paid after the child's official start date.


STEP 5 -

  • Set up Lunch account  (Student ID # needed) using the following site: MySchoolBucks.
    Note-Lunch fees can be paid after the child's official start date. 

 


Do you have additional students in the same family?

InfoSnap allows additional students to be added onto the initial registration using a SNAP feature.  A new student registration form must be submitted for each student in the family.  

 

SNAP Process-

Once a successful registration is submitted you may add additional students onto the registration using the SNAP feature. Previously entered information such as demographics, etc. will be copied to the new student account. You may still need to complete portions of the registration that is student specific.
