The HSSD Board of Education approved the following open enrollment spaces for the 2019-20 school year at their
January 29, 2019 meeting.

Regular Open Enrollment for the 2019-2020

Application Deadline Date has expired as of April 30, 2019, 4:00 pm

Open Enrollment  Information

The open enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend public school in a school district other than the one in which they reside. If you would like to open enroll your child in a public school within our District, please review the 2019-2020 Open Enrollment Information Brochure.   In addition, please review the 2019-2020 space allotments.

Part Time Open Enrollment:

A student enrolled in a public school in the high school grade levels may attend public school in a nonresident school district for the purpose of taking a course offered by the nonresident school district.

2019-20 Alternative Open Enrollment 

Parents normally apply for open enrollment for the following school year during a three-moth application period which begins in February and ends on the last weekday in April.  However, 2011 Act 114 established a procedure by which parents may apply for open enrollment outside of the regular application period. If you wish to find out more about this option contact Tracy Hibbard, District Registrar/Open Enrollment Coordinator at (920)662-8860.  Additional information regarding alternative open enrollment can also be found at https://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment/applications/alternative or at the links below.

Print the form and complete for each child. In addition, provide a short statement as to why you would like your child to attend the Howard-Suamico School District. Submit these documents to the District Office at 2706 Lineville Rd, or email to:registration@hssdschools.org.  Parents/legal guardians will be notified of decision within 2 weeks.

2019-20 Tuition Waiver Form
 

Parent/legal guardian that move out of the Howard-Suamico School District during the school year and want their child to continue attending the district for the remainder of the current school year, need to complete and submit a Tuition Waiver Form. 

 

Print the Tuition Waiver Form, complete, and submit to the District Office. In addition, parent/legal guardian that want their child to continue attending for future school years, will also need to apply for open enrollment.
