If your device malfunctions or is damaged during the summer, the insurance coverage requires that an Insurance Claim form is submitted in a timely manner. It is critical that a damaged device or warranty claim is reported to the IT department within 48 hours. This will ensure a timely filing with the insurance carrier to get the device repaired or replaced.
