We are thrilled that you are considering enrollment in HSSD. Rest assured, we do our best to give our students the best experiences possible in our schools and community. Click here to view the District Boundaries Map to learn which elementary school your residence lies within.
Steps for online registration are outlined below. Please email the District Registrar with enrollment questions.
New Families
I am NEW to the Howard-Suamico School District and have no children currently attending Howard-Suamico.
Before you begin the enrollment process, please have the following information available:
- A valid email address - If you do not have an existing email address, you can create one for free through a number of email services
- Household information - Address and phone numbers
- Parent information - Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information - Demographic and health/medication information
- Emergency contact - Addresses and phone numbers
- Your child’s health and/or medication information
- Previous school information, if applicable
After your child's online application has been submitted, please email registration the following documents to complete the registration process if you did not upload them within the application:
- Proof of Residency (e.g. current mortgage info, current lease agreement, current energy/gas/water bill)
- Proof of Legal Age/Name - Child's birth certificate
- Child's Immunization Record to date
Please note: Your online registration will not be available for processing until you click the RED SUBMIT BUTTON.
Change of Address
If you are changing your primary household address, one of the following proof of address documents will need to be provided to the district office: mortgage billing statement, lease agreement, or current utility bill.
