Event assists Howard-Suamico students in need
The Giving Tree’s 14th annual Back-to-School Event will take place Wednesday, August 10 from 8:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. at The Giving Tree (600 Cardinal Ln., Green Bay, WI 54313).
The Giving Tree is seeking donations (see the list below). Please consider dropping off new school supplies at Thornberry Cottage (345 Cardinal Ln., Green Bay, WI 54313) during business hours, which are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday.
Financial contributions can be made here. These donations will allow us to purchase the items below for the Back-to-School Event.
School Supply Shopping List of Most Needed Items:
- Colored pencils
- Glue sticks
- Single subject wide-ruled notebooks (red, purple, blue, green, yellow, black)
- Composition notebooks
- Mechanical pencils
- Dry erase markers
- Washable classic colors - wide tip markers
- Loose leaf paper - wide line
- Fabric pencil cases
- Extra fine point permanent Sharpies
- Scissors
