The Howard-Suamico School District is reaching out to all District residents, families, and staff to gather input regarding District operations with a community-wide survey. This is a survey HSSD deploys once every five years to inform planning and will be sent to all families and residents via U.S. Postal Service mail the week of February 21. Survey responses can be entered online (preferred) or can be mailed using the provided postage-paid reply envelope.
We have hired School Perceptions, an independent educational research firm, to conduct the survey and ensure all responses are kept confidential. Each survey invitation/link code can only be used once. The survey access number will not identify you; it simply links you to the District's survey.
The survey will be open through March 7 at 5 p.m. If you do not receive a copy of the survey in your mailbox at home next week, please contact Cari Udermann at email@example.com for assistance.
