Check your email inbox for a message from campus@howardsuamicowi.mg.infinitecampus.org. This message was sent on July 24, 2026. Follow the steps in the email to set up your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. If you can’t find this email, please contact registration@hssdschools.org.

You can access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal here. This link can also be found on our Families page under Logins. 

Note: After entering in your username and password, a screen may pop up asking for an account security email. Please enter an email address and your Parent Portal account password, then click save. This will then bring you to your Parent Portal. 

Every year, annual registration must be completed for each returning and new student who attends HSSD. Please note, only the primary household can complete the annual registration. Once you’ve set up your Parent Portal in your Infinite Campus account, you must complete the annual registration form. To do this, follow the steps below. 

• Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
• In the Shortcuts section, click on the Online Registration Update button.
• Complete the form, verifying existing information.
• Pay close attention to and make appropriate updates to emergency contacts. 
  • We were not able to transfer emergency contact information from the old PowerSchool system so you will have to provide at least one on your form.

What is the Annual Online Registration Update process?
Families with current students (any student(s) who completed the previous school year with Howard-Suamico) can access the Parent Portal to submit/update important information on file for the upcoming school year. It is important that the District receives an update for each student to ensure schools have the most up-to-date information on file. You will be able to update contact and address information, emergency contacts, and also register any new students who are not currently attending a Howard-Suamico school. The "Annual Online Registration Update" process opens to parents/guardians each summer.

Who needs to complete Annual Updates?
The District requests that all primary households complete the Annual Online Registration Update process every summer, before the next school year begins. It is recommended parents/guardians complete this process no later than the middle of August. How do I update my contact information?
The Parent Portal allows guardians to update their contact information during the Annual Registration process. If you have updates after that process, please contact your child’s school or the registration department. 

What if I need to update my address?
Families can update an address by submitting their Annual Registration through Parent Portal.  However, you can only submit an Annual Update once per year. If you have updates after that process, please contact your school or the registration department.

Families may also email Registration and attach a photo/PDF of the new address documentation. The attached proof of address document MUST be one of the following: current mortgage info, current lease/rental agreement, or current utility bill (gas/water/electric only). Please be sure to include all student names when sending a request through email.

HSSD uses Google Workspace for Education, which includes core services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Classroom. Students use their district-issued Google accounts to complete assignments, communicate with teachers, and develop essential digital citizenship skills.

All Google Workspace for Education districts must obtain parental consent for all students under the age of 18.

What You Need to Do

• If you do not consent to your child using these services, please complete this form. 
  • Please note that without consent, your child may not have access to essential tools needed to complete school activities, assignments and tasks.

In addition to the core services of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Classroom, Google offers additional services that are often used in classrooms for various reasons. What is ClassLink?

ClassLink is a Single Sign On Solution that allows you to access your online resources in one location. 

Through ClassLink, you will be able to access PowerSchool, BrainPop Jr., Schoology, Seesaw, Think Central, etc.

Request Parent Access Codes

Parents have the option to access their child’s Schoology courses using the personal code assigned to their child. These codes are unique to the individual student’s account and will allow you to see your child’s progress, homework due dates, class resources, and class discussions. 

If you are interested in receiving an access code for your child, please complete this form. 

When you use a Parent Access Code to create an account, you are automatically associated to your child. You can add additional children to your account using the Add Child button. 

Once You Receive the Access Code

Set up your account by following these steps:

1. Go to https://app.schoology.com/register.php.
2. Click Parent.
3. Enter your Access Code. This is a 9 or 12-digit code in xxx-xxx-xxx or xxxx-xxxx-xxxx format that you receive from one of your child's school. This needs to be typed, not copied and pasted. 
4. Fill out the form with your information.
5. Click Register to complete.

Conference App

What is Gaggle?

Gaggle is a safety management software that monitors and filters all student email and Google drives. Gaggle identifies violations of policy, questionable content, and possible student situations.

Gaggle Process

Depending on the level of severity, the following process is utilized.

• In serious issues, school-level personnel are informed by the district emergency contacts when his/her student is the subject of a notification. 
• Gaggle’s minor violation: Incident is informing a school-level staff member of violations in order to decide if further action is necessary. 
• Questionable Content: Requires School Administration to take action with the student and/or family to resolve issue. 
• Possible Student Situation: Requires School Administration to take action with the student and/or family to intervene and prevent tragic event, self harm, or other potential crisis situation.

Notes

• HSSD follows up on all possible student situations.
• School Principal(s) or Assistant Principal(s) are responsible for student discipline

HSSD Devices

HSSD is a Digital Learning district. Each student and staff member is equipped with a device. 

• Students in grades 9-12 receive a MacBook Air.
• Students in grades 5-8 receive an iPad to take home.
• Students in grades K-4 have access to iPads in the classroom. 

Device Costs

Intentional, negligent, and/or chronic damage may result in a fee assessed on a student’s account covering the cost of repairs up to the purchase price.

In the event that equipment is lost and must be replaced, a fee will be assessed in accordance with the price list below:

Students who transfer out of HSSD mid-year must return their iPads and accessories to the Technology Division at the time of departure.
