Summer Meals
Summer Bulk Meals To-Go
FREE weekly bulk meals will be available for children 18 years old and younger! This will be a drive through meal service and will require a sign-up in advance. The meals will consist of a combination of shelf-stable and perishable foods that will need to be refrigerated and/or frozen.
Eligibility and Sign-Up Requirements
- Children 18 years old or younger.
- Children are eligible to participate regardless of free/reduced meal status or the school they attend.
- Students 19 - 21 years old with a disability enrolled in a school program for students with disabilities.
- A separate form must be completed for each child.
- Students attending schools other than Howard-Suamico School District must provide acceptable documentation prior to first meal pick up.
- Any family who misses two meal pickups may be removed from the distribution list.
Pick-Up Details
- Location: Howard Dog Park - 1653 Wietor Drive, Green Bay Wisconsin, 54303
- Dates: Weekly on Thursdays (including 4th of July week)
- Time of Distribution: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Following pre-registration and receiving email approval, your child will not need to be present at pick-up.
- If you miss the weekly sign-up deadline (Tuesdays by 8:00 p.m. for the current week’s meal pickup), you can still pick up meals, but you must either bring documentation verifying your child’s eligibility, or have your child(ren) present in the vehicle at each pickup. Meals may be denied if these requirements are not met. Please note that if the deadline is missed, advertised meal options are not guaranteed.

Summer Lunch in the Park
Summer Lunch in the Park meals are free! Kids and teens will receive hot entrees and local produce Monday - Thursday from June 8 to August 13, 2026. No meal service July 3. When finalized, you can view the 2026 summer meal menu and nutritional information here. Menu is subject to change based on product availability.
No need to sign up or apply - just show up and enjoy!
