Eligibility
Eligibility for the Free and Reduced School Meal benefit is based on federal guidelines. Forms are also available in each school office.
Households receiving FoodShare, FDPIR, or W-2 cash benefits may be directly certified for benefits and will be notified in late August if benefits have been approved. All others must complete a new application to determine eligibility for the current school year.

- New for the 2024-25 school year! Reduced students will be free for breakfast and lunch meals. In addition to School Nutrition supporting families who qualify for reduced-price meals with free breakfast, The Giving Tree is able to extend that support with free lunch as well.
Summer EBT
Summer EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) is an income-based program that helps families who qualify buy food for their children while school is out. Wisconsin will send $120 in benefits for each eligible school-age child automatically at the end of June. Families may apply at this link: Summer EBT.
