Free and Reduced School Meals

Apply for Free and Reduced School Meals Here

Eligibility

Eligibility for the Free and Reduced School Meal benefit is based on federal guidelines. Forms are also available in each school office.

Households receiving FoodShare, FDPIR, or W-2 cash benefits may be directly certified for benefits and will be notified in late August if benefits have been approved. All others must complete a new application to determine eligibility for the current school year.

Visit Access Wisconsin for more information about eligibility for free/reduced price meals and other state benefits available for assistance.

  • New for the 2024-25 school year! Reduced students will be free for breakfast and lunch meals. In addition to School Nutrition supporting families who qualify for reduced-price meals with free breakfast, The Giving Tree is able to extend that support with free lunch as well.
