What is The Giving Tree?

The Giving Tree is an organization that focuses on equitable access to food, shelter, transportation, and resources for students and families in the Howard-Suamico School District. Our vision is an education without barriers!

How Do HSSD Families Register with The Giving Tree?

When HSSD families apply for Free/Reduced meal benefits with School Nutrition, they can also check a box asking to be connected to The Giving Tree.
HSSD families who are experiencing hardship can contact Kourtney Feldhausen, The Giving Tree Coordinator, via email at kourfeld@hssdschools.org, call 920-662-7989, or call/text 920-714-1551.

The Giving Tree Pantry is available to families of HSSD students who are registered with The Giving Tree. It is open 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., unless otherwise noted, on the dates listed below.

Make A Donation

Donations to The Giving Tree can be dropped off at one of our four convenient locations in Howard and Suamico during regular business hours.

- Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday from 8:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m.
- Donations can be left in shopping carts inside the entrance.
